journal is a prediction market calculator that provides estimated calculations for fees, profit/loss, and trading scenarios on platforms such as Kalshi and Polymarket.

journal does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information and calculations provided are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in this app constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Estimation Only

All calculations are estimates derived from publicly available market documentation. These calculations:

May not reflect actual fees, costs, or outcomes
May become outdated as market conditions change
Should be independently verified before making any financial decisions

journal and all affiliated parties shall not be held responsible for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of this application. You assume full responsibility for your own trading and investment decisions.

External Factors

4. User Responsibilities

By using journal, you acknowledge that:

5. Account Terms

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google's refund policies
We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

7. Promo Codes

Promo codes provide discounts as specified at the time of redemption
Codes may have usage limits or expiration dates
Codes cannot be combined or transferred
We reserve the right to invalidate codes at any time

8. Intellectual Property

journal and its content are owned by SKIWURLD LLC
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
Charted is a trademark of SKIWURLD LLC

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, journal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
